Founded at the end of 2009 by Oliver Peace, James Leighton offer fee-free mortgages and other financial products to a variety of clients. They pride themselves on their communication skills and offer clients highly personalised advice based on their individual circumstances. Oliver had been a client of WEBPRO’s for several years and had one of our gold templated websites. However, his business goals had changed and become more ambitious, and he knew it was time to change his website to help attain these goals.

The brief
Talks began and WEBPRO started to understand the extent of Oliver’s big plans for his business. We realised that the new website, which had to be bespoke to match Oliver's big ambitions, would be a perfect opportunity for James Leighton to rebrand. So, we first had to work on a new brand which we then incorporated into a brief for a brand new bespoke website. Although James Leighton had never had a lead problem, Oliver wanted the new website to be a source of lead generation to help achieve his ambitious growth strategy.

The solution
The key to James Leighton's growth is going to be the website standing out from its competitors. We’ve achieved this through creating a strong brand and carrying that through to the website design. The use of shapes and bold colours have resulted in a website that is completely unique and sets James Leighton apart at first glance.
Calls to action (CTAs) are used clearly and concisely to enable visitors to contact James Leighton, in a variety of different ways, helping to bring in the valuable lead generation Oliver was looking for.
We added a variety of content, such as valuable statistics, case studies, FAQs and informative downloadable leaflets to enhance visitors’ experience and give them helpful and useful information that will help to build trust and convert them to paying clients.

The result
The response to the new website has been overwhelmingly positive. The number of website enquiries increased almost immediately in response to the new website and this is now being built on with a monthly SEO project, Google Ads campaign and social media management. The new website, and the marketing activity, will be instrumental in helping Oliver’s ambitions for the business come to fruition.
