We spend time talking to you to get to know more about your business and what you are trying to achieve so that we can recommend the best possible solution, answer any questions you have and provide an accurate quotation. Our project managers are involved right from this initial stage and are the ones to move through the process with you if you decide to work with us.
Once you have accepted the quotation and paid your deposit, your project manager will talk to you about your requirements in a bit more detail and ask you some questions about your design preferences. They will also talk you through the overall process and highlight anything they are likely to need from you as things move forward e.g. logo, team photos, etc.
Now that we have a good idea of who you are as a business and what you are trying to achieve, our designers combine this with both industry and design research to produce an initial concept for your new website. We present the home page first, refining this based on your feedback before we design the rest of the website pages.
As soon as we know you are happy with the design of your brand new website, we go into development, building both the front end and a back office content management system. Your project manager will liaise with the relevant departments, ensure the project meets the agreed deadlines and keep you updated throughout.
Whilst our development team are busy, we will work with you on the content for your new website, namely text and images. You can be as involved in this part of the process as you like - some clients like to be fully involved whilst others prefer to leave the writing of content and choosing of images to us. Your project manager will walk you through the options and support in any way you need.
When the development of your new website is complete and we have all of the content ready, we will build your new website. This means that we will create the menu according to your specification, build all of the required pages and add your content and images. Your shiny new website now exists and you will be able to see it in all of it's glory!
Once you are happy with your new website, it's time to make it live!

The initial and final stages of a custom project are the most intense, with a lull in between whilst we are busy. Initially, we need to spend time talking to you about your business and your goals, as well as your design preferences, so that we can get a really good idea of what you are looking for and put that into the designs that we produce for you. After that, we need you to be involved with reviewing the designs and providing feedback to ensure you get exactly what you want. Towards the end of the project, there can be a lot involved with getting content and images together, although we can take on a lot of this if you prefer. Finally, you need to spend time reviewing the final website to make sure you are happy with it before it goes live. It can be a big commitment but feedback from clients so far suggests it's absolutely worth it.
