Our other ongoing service is website support. We offer you the chance to subscribe to an ongoing support and maintenance package which includes a wide variety of services as and when you need them. From applying crucial website updates to updating your website content, our team is on hand to help. This cost-effective service comes at a fixed monthly fee and it guarantees you rapid support throughout the year.

As a Nominet registrar, we can administer your domain, if required, and can help with making DNS changes for the smooth running of your website and email services. Domain renewal comes with an addition cost and is usually done every 2 years.

What is the best website domain to choose?
There are some key things to think about when it comes to choosing the right domain for your business. First and foremost, it should be short and simple. Websites are often shared verbally and it's not ideal to be sharing a long web address and having a client ask how to spell it! Secondly, it should match your business. This seems obvious but we've seen a few domains in our time that have had no bearing on the business at all! There is some debate as to whether having a keyword or two in your domain helps with your ranking e.g. adding financial services or estate agents if you work in those fields, however the evidence is mixed and any benefit would be very minimal.
