Taylor James
Established in 2012, Taylor James Financial Services are based in Croydon and offer financial planning services to both private individuals and businesses. These services include mortgages, protection, pensions, investments, wills and estate planning. Their business success is built on the foundations of integrity and professionalism and they offer a bespoke service to their clients. Taylor James had been a client of ours for several years and initially had one of our gold level template websites. Toby Keate, owner of Taylor James, came to us when they had plans to expand.
The evolution of a brand
The brief
Toby knew that the Taylor James website is an important tool in aiding their growth plans. We decided on a bespoke website to help them stand out from the competition and Toby was open to our ideas to use colour and graphics to do this. For Toby, the main consideration was that the website needed to be a real source of lead generation.

The solution
The new Taylor James website design built on the existing brand and added more colour to enhance the website but also allow for more flexibility across other channels, such as social media.
The use of a mixture of stock imagery and graphical illustrations across the website adds a more unique look and enhances key areas such as calls to action (CTAs).
To help with lead generation, CTAs were added throughout the website in key areas. The email address and phone numbers are positioned at the top of the menu and can be seen at all times and there are contact and calendar booking widgets used on most pages to further encourage people to get in touch one way or another.
