Caldwells is a family-run estate agency established in 1996 by Julian and Jeremy Caldwell, located in Lymington in the picturesque South of England. Caldwells offers their clients a personal, trustworthy and professional property service experience. WEBPRO have a 26 year relationship with them and have managed numerous refreshes and rebuilds of their bespoke website during this time. At the end of 2023, Caldwells contacted us again as they felt it was time for a new website - the one they had was no longer reflective of the business.

The brief

The latest Caldwells brief centred around the new website being clean, modern and having a magazine-style feel to it. It needed to be a place that their brand could be promoted effectively to attract both genuine buyers and sellers in the market.

The solution

We designed Caldwells' latest website to look like a high-brow property brochure, with lots of negative space and large high-quality images as the focal point.

The simple navigation bar enhances the minimalistic design, which is kept small with items carefully considered and designed to add value to those searching for property or for an agent to sell their's.

The magazine feel is enhanced further by the content on the pages, which is to the point and punctuated by carefully selected images and negative space.

A Journal tab acts as a high-end alternative to a blog, helping Caldwells with their brand positioning and differentiation in the property market.

The result

Caldwells are extremely pleased with how the new website looks. They change their imagery regularly to keep things fresh and to enhance the style of the website and their brand.
